We assisted with the cremation of a cat in Yokosuka City. It was the first time the family had used our home visit cremation service, so they were probably feeling anxious. However, after the staff of Pet Memorial Kanagawa carefully explained everything, they expressed relief and told us, "We're glad we chose you." Their beloved pet, surrounded by the warm send-off from their family, was able to cross the Rainbow Bridge peacefully. We sincerely pray for their pet's soul.
