横浜市金沢区にて、18歳の愛猫ちゃんのペット火葬のサポートをさせていただきました。この猫ちゃんは家族の一員として、長きにわたり愛され続け、ご家族と一緒に散歩を楽しまれていたそうです。そんな彼を見送りたいというご家族様のお気持ちに寄り添い、全員が集まれる時間に合わせてお手伝いさせていただきました。
訪問ペット火葬は初めてで、ご不安もあったかと思いますが、我々ペットメモリアル神奈川へお任せいただき、安心されたご様子で、スタッフにあたたかいお言葉まで頂き、これからの励みになります。

火葬の儀はしめやかで、大切な家族を想う温かな時間となりました。愛猫ちゃんも、安心して虹の橋を渡ることができたのではないかと感じます。これからは虹の橋から家族を見守り続けることでしょう。私たちも、この特別な時間に立ち会うことができ感動いたしました。

We supported the cremation of an 18-year-old cat in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama. This cat had been a beloved member of the family for many years and enjoyed walks with them. We accommodated the family's desire to say goodbye and arranged for everyone to be together at a time that suited their needs.

This was the family's first in-home pet cremation, and we understand they may have been anxious, but they seemed relieved to entrust the service to us at Pet Memorial Kanagawa. They even shared kind words with our staff, which will inspire us for the future.

The cremation ceremony was serene and a warm moment spent remembering our beloved family member. We believe the cat was able to cross the Rainbow Bridge in peace. He will continue to watch over his family from there. We were deeply moved to be able to be a part of this special moment.
