横浜市金沢区にお住まいのご家族から個人携帯に突然のご連絡がありました。「今どこにいます？」と突然尋ねられ、私は少し戸惑いながら「現在は横浜市神奈川区におりますが」と返しました。すぐに「うちの子をお願いします！」と言われましたので、ゆっくりと状況を伺いました。お話を進めるうちに、亡くなったペットの火葬を依頼されていることがわかりました。
ご家族は私共、訪問ペット火葬ペットメモリアル神奈川や、スタッフのことをよくご存じで、他の方から紹介を受けたとのことでした。少し慌てましたが、すぐに対応できる時間がありましたので、ご家族の愛猫のペット訪問火葬をお手伝いさせていただきました。

ペットは家族にとってなくてはならない存在ですので、その一員を失ったご家族の心情を察し、大切に対応いたしました。このような大切なご依頼をいただけたことに感謝し、少しでもお力になれたことを嬉しく思います。
ペットは家族の一員です。最後まで愛を持ち、素敵に虹の橋へと見送られるご家族様を見ていると涙がこぼれることもあります。
これからはご家族様を虹の橋から見守ってくれることでしょう。

I received a sudden call on my personal cell phone from a family living in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama. They suddenly asked, "Where are you now?" I hesitated a bit, but replied, "I'm currently in Kanagawa Ward, Yokohama." They immediately replied, "Please take care of my pet!" I took my time to listen to their story. As we spoke, I learned they had requested the cremation of their deceased pet.
The family was familiar with our Pet Memorial Kanagawa Home Cremation Service and our staff, and had been referred to us by someone else. I was a little flustered, but I had time to respond, so I assisted them with the home cremation of their beloved cat.

Pets are an indispensable part of a family, so I understood the family's feelings after losing a pet member and handled the situation with care. I am grateful for such an important request and happy to have been able to help, even if just a little.
Pets are part of the family. It sometimes brings tears to my eyes to see families loving their pets until the very end and sending them off to the Rainbow Bridge in a beautiful way.
From now on, he will be watching over his family from the Rainbow Bridge.
We pray for his soul to rest in peace.
