横浜市金沢区にて、リピーター様の猫ちゃんのペット火葬をお手伝いさせていただきました。この猫ちゃんは里親として迎えられ、飼い主様と共に8年間という素晴らしい時間を過ごしてきました。お家の一員として愛された日々、お客様のお気持ちは想像に難くありません。これまでの思い出に感謝し、心よりご冥福をお祈り申し上げます。

ペットは家族の一員であり、彼らとの別れはとても辛いものです。しかし、彼らが与えてくれた愛と幸福は永遠に心に残ります。大切な友を送るお手伝いができたことを光栄に思います。これからも、お客様とペットたちに寄り添い続けるサービスを心掛けてまいります。このような大切な場面で私たちを信頼し選んでいただいたことに感謝し、より良いサポートを提供できるよう努めてまいります。

We assisted with the pet cremation of a repeat customer's cat in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama City. This cat was adopted and welcomed as a family member, spending a wonderful eight years together with the owner. The days filled with love as a member of the family—it's not hard to imagine the owner's feelings. We are grateful for all the memories up to now, and sincerely pray for their soul to rest in peace.

Pets are part of the family, and saying goodbye to them is always very painful. However, the love and happiness they gave us will remain in our hearts forever. We are honored to have been able to assist in bidding farewell to a precious friend. We will continue to strive to provide services that are close to both our customers and their pets.
