一方、お彼岸は春分と秋分を挟む7日間、心が通じやすいとされる時期です。お墓参りをし、故人を思い静かに手を合わせます。季節の花や故人の好物をお供えし、静かに想いを届ける時間が大切にされます。

どちらの行事も、供養の形は一つではなく、大切なのは個々の想いです。心を込めて故人との絆を深めることが行事の本質です。
