We helped with the cremation of an adorable parakeet in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This parakeet became a member of the family after a child fell in love with it at first sight, and the child took care of it daily. Even after letting it out, it would come and sit on your shoulder when you called it, and I was surprised and moved by the deep trust they had. From meeting to parting, even small creatures have a great sense of preciousness in life. This funeral was a wonderful one that conveyed the warm love of the family. Shedding tears along with sadness is a sign of love. The parakeet is probably flying around happily with his friends on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge right now, watching over his family.
